School of Photography in Zenica visited local textile company, Empress. The company worked tirelessly in the last ten days to produce 100% cotton face masks to help the community in the fight against Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. First case of COVID-19 happened in Zenica on March 10, 2020, and since the city was out of masks. Empress donated masks to nursing homes and organizations helping children.
Empress was founded in 2017, and is women’s entrepreneurship whose goal is to create a strong Bosnian company with quality products. The primary activity of the company is sewing and tailoring workwear and other textile products.
